I was just wondering if there is a reason why Armando Benitez has not yet pitched in a spring training game (or at least I don't think he has)....I am not a fan of Armando Benitez or anything but I was just kind of waiting to see if it looks like he will be any better this year.

still battling arthritic knees. also he got the flu earlier this year which was another setback. i hope he gets traded..
he says he can still pitch but it's doubtful..
it seems like the giants are cursed with their closer!!

LoL. I love the fact that the Giants have Brian Sabean as their GM. With Brian Sabean as their GM, the Giants will never get anywhere near a championship. He's the one who picked up Benitez. He's the one who gave Bonds a new contract. He's the one who paid millions for Aurilia, Roberts and other losers that will dissapoint you in 07. Cool, huh?

last year he didnt rest his injury long enough,thats what caused him to underperform,he wants to rest as long as possible so he can be effective this year
