My NFS:5(Porsche) is keeping crashed on my system!!?

Question

My precious PC can't be able to handle those NEXT-GEN games and now the old ones are keeping crashed!!!!!
Does any one have a solution on this problem?
My system spec.
Windows XP SP2 Pro.
Celeron 1.8
DDR.640 MB.(PC3200)
GFFX 5200 128 MB.(93.71)
DX9.0c
I've tried upgrading to Porsche Enhanced version, but it doesn't work too. I've also tried to lower my graphics driver to 53.03 and the result is the same.
Please help me!!!!

NFSPU does not run under WinXP unfortunately.

You may be able to find a patch for it, but I don't like your chances
