I'm 15 and I've started my period already but I haven't had it in quite a while, about 4 months. A few weeks ago my nipples started to feel sore while I was showering. Every time i touch them they're sore, but the breasts aren't. I'm already a 32C; does this mean my breasts are continuing to grow bigger?Does this have something to do with hormonal fluctuations?

Have you had sex lately? If so, you may be pregnant. If not, your period may be on it's way, and YES hormonal fluctuations can cause pain in the breast and nipples.

Have you started running track or anything like that in gym classes? Is the rest of your skin dry from this cold dry weather? Use a different soap or detergent lately?
It could have something to do with hormone fluctuations, your breasts could be growing more, or it could be dry skin. Use a gentle soap like Dove and a mild moisturizer on your breasts.
Don't worry about not having your period for 4 months. You're still young and that is going to happen to some girls.
If the nipple soreness continues beyond a few more weeks, if it gets worse, or you have leakage, go to a gyn and see what they have to say.

Probably is being caused by hormones. My nipples would get sore around the time of my period, but my breasts were not sore. Hope you feel better.

Hormones, your ok! A warm shower should help, or a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel.

Step 1, get a pregnancy test.

I would say that you are most likely pregnant.

Step 2, (if you are pregnant) think long and hard about an abortion. A child now would pretty much ruin your life and you most likely would not be able to provide a good life for your child. Plus, guys tend to steer clear of single moms. Therefore, you would most likely end up settling for someone who is a fat looser.
