Unplug the system... leave it unplugged for 10 seconds, plug it back in... and when u hit the power button see if the fan in the back ticks... kinda spins then stops suddenly.. if so, u have a bad power supply... if nothing at all, could be bad MB and PSU (Power Supply Unit. ). Good luck.

check the wiring first of all. try unplugging the power cord for 10 secs and when you put it in force it so that it goes all the way in. Second check that the outlet has power. If your computer still doesn't turn on try taking of the cover of the computer and cleaning it out/air compressing. After that check the cables inside are all connected properly. If you recently added any hardware into the comp take it out. If your comp still doesn't work. Bring it to a comp specialist and have them look @ it.

Hi dedomdan,

Make sure you have power in your line cord.

Listen for a "click" when you power on. It could indicate a faulty power supply.

Unplug your machine for ten minutes or so & try again.

Have you added devices recently. Maybe your power supply just can't handle it.

Good Luck,

Norm
