Say short stint, 3, or 6 month stint?
The PM/President will be assisted by a couple of UN ambassadors & the host ministers. Not too serious, may be part of vacation as well.

I guess, it's a learning process to understand better or be close enough to the other nation. Or suggest ideas for the best of the people as well as to build good relationship.

It sounds foolish, but probably, with correct implementation it could be beneficial for the presidents and/or the host nation.

Short stint exchange + vacation & all paid by UN?

Singapore PM exchange with Indonesian president?
(Indonesian President may learn more, while Spore PM may contribute some good ideas)

Germans Chancellor exchange with Israeli PM? Hahah! impossible? ok, exchange them with Jordan or Bahrain.

What about Iranians hosting Bush?
US hosting the Iranian President?
(another Mission Impossible? Lets say the Iranians say yes, would you? Lol!

If not, which PM you like to xchange?

Combine1 & Backlog. Thanks for your contribution. Yeah, agree with you too. But at more relaxed level of stint there. Mix around or part of vacation. It could be former President (e.g. Bill Clinton) or Bank Governor like Alan Greenspan in SouthEast Asia.(Msia, Vietnam, Thai, Spore, Indonesia)

haha what a cute idea lol. You could probably do a nice reality show based on this idea lol. However, would you really want to punish other countries by making them endure what we have had to put up with? Maybe we could trade Bush with the King of Saudi Arabia, he would probably feel the most comfortable in a despotic regime and it would be nice to have a president that can KIND of speak English for once.

That's actually a very interesting (and potentially effective) idea. But I don't think that ANY country's government would give up their territory for even a second. Tough luck.
