My real question is im new to sex were am i suppose to ejaculate when im using a condom? what about when im not using one??

Cuddle, some kisses on the breasts or where ever. The younger you are the quicker you will recharge and be ready for another session. I remember when I was sleeping with a beautiful Japanese girl, (I was in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War), one night I set my all time record, 8 ejaculations, and have never surpassed that hence. My guy and I usually cuddle, or maybe keep up with some more foreplay so we can have another go around.
If you are using a condom (which you should always do, unless you are ready for the consequences), you ejaculate inside, then carefully withdraw afterwards, holding the condom at the base to prevent spillage. Take it off and throw it out. Then you can cuddle or whatever.

when wearing a condom, you finish in the condom -usually inside of wherever you are... hence, the point of condoms. i suggest ALWAYS wearing one or else you can end up with some funky STD or even AIDS. (besides the obvious: baby)
