The average person loses around 100 strands of hair per day. If you're shampooing 1st thing in the morning before brushing, its most likely looking like a lot, but it really isn't.

If you're really concerned about it, make an appointment with your doc or get a referral to a dermatologist.

I shall try my best for which i have directly experienced.

1) How often do you wash/shampoo your hair?
2) Do do shower with hot or cold water?

To maintain a good hair condition, it is best that you
wash/shampoo your hair in alternate days. Washing everyday is not healthy as too much chemical absorbant to hair that can cause frizzyness or dryness and it breaks your hair easily.

Hot water is not good use to shower especially everyday as it makes your scalp pores loose and that is why of the hair fall.

But unless, it is too much when you grab a handfull of it, then.... It's doctor visiting time!

You can also, apply olive oil to ya damp hair aft shower. It is a good hair treatment serum. It smells. Aliltle. But effective.
