I was born in Toronto in 1956 and worked very hard to immigrate to the US in 1989 - here in Spring Branch TX. Everyone bashes America but who wouldn't want to live here? The quality of life is awesome. Opportunity abounds - if you work hard - you succeed. Where as in Canada the harder you work the more you are taxed. The health care is horrible there. People here are kind and caring. I have lived many places all over Canada and the US. Canada is beautiful but is being ruined by socialist policies and unions.
I feel privileged to live in the best country in the world.
