What are some not-too-pricy skater/punk brands or stores for teen girls? I'm getting really sick of the preppy look and im gonna try out the punk/skater style.[not lifestyle]. What stores supply the need to be punky/skater without being too pricy? im not looking for hot topic.

Stores like PacSun and Zumiez sell a lot of skate/surf brands like Element, Billabong, Roxy, etc.
It's a good combination, and one or the other is found in most suburban malls.

Quiksilver, Roxy, Element, OP Boarding and a store called West 49 in Canada has some realy cool skater stuff!

one of my fave brands is Element it is a skateboarding brand but they've got HOT clothes and shoes
