Mikka Kiprusoff has a very cool bad *** bucket. However Kevin Weeks comes up with some really original though provoking helmets too. I like the older goalie masks from he 70's too. Some of those were pretty intimidating.

Do you guys know Kari Lehtonen? Have you ever played Final Fantasy X? Well on his mask he had a picture of two of the female characters in the game: Rikku and Yuna. By far the coolest mask

Unfortunately some of us haven't gotten to see a lot of other teams and goalies, so most votes would be biased.
Wish I had a decent answer to this question but I don't recall others' masks as I don't get to watch hockey often.

I'm partial to Dwayne Roloson's lid.
My all-time favorite is Steve Baker's NYR mask with the silhouette of the Empire State building running up the middle.

He isn't in the NHL anymore, but I always LOVED Trevor Kidd's masks. They were so awesome. Almost worth letting him play a few games just to see them..... err wait, what am I saying?!
