When I have trouble going to sleep, I take a mind trip! I go back in my mind to a really happy day, like laying on the beach with the sun making me really warm and a soft breeze and the oceans waves gently hitting the shore and I get so relaxed, or I think back on when I was in my moms belly all safe and nothing could hurt me there, or I think of the first few years my hubby and I were married, how happy we were, how happy when i found out i was pregnant, seeing my first child, I more or less just go back to the really happy, good times in my life and I float off with that still on my mind. Do the thoughts that are happy, not anything stimulating, it is too hard to go to sleep when you are excited. Right?

Mostly I daydream about a girl I like but some times i day dream about becoming a rockstar and eventualy fall asleep

ok well when u go to bed at night u dont daydream but u do dream so before u got to bed think about having sex and then when u go to bed u will have a well u know i do it all the time and i dont have to deal with my bf all over me!!!!!

i LOVE daydreaming before i go to bed (i know, im weird). daydream about the present, future, or past. whatever makes you happy and speeds up the beating of your heart..

You should daydream of how your life should be if you were married to the actor/singer/whoever is your favorite. Of course, you are in love and have everything you want.

Dream about the life you want whatever it may be , money ,love ,fame or just a regular life some place else .Anything is possiable in dreams I say go for whatever you heart wants , keep it on your mind cause when you wake up you could make it come true one day .

You can't Daydream at night when you're asleep. You just dream. I don't believe that you can choose what you dream about. You can think about pleasant things and maybe you will dream about them.
