and now i have this bump under my nail and its raised it a little bit and it hurts like 209t0wga0wehgawo, what should i do? ><

wrap it in ice..............then wrap it with a bandage to keep from hitting it

GO to the doctor very soon. Infection may set in to such an injury. The finger under the nail might also be broken. There are good treatments for this kind of injury, but you might not want to watch them doing it.
Fortunately, hands heal quickly, and nail spas can help after the medical part is done.

Put some ice on it but if it doesn't go down you should maybe see a doctor to see if it's infected.
