I need an expert on webcams?!!!!!!?

How can i set mny webcam so if i wan to take a picture, i would tell the cam to do it in a certain amount of time, like five seconds.. How can i set it something like that????????????

use the software of your cam

Can you please specify what kind of cam, or if it something integrated on the system... what kind of computer... make and model please... most cams come with applications to do this.
