My knees hurt wen i put pressure on em. wut is possibily wrong and how can i strengthen my knee

Good chance it's just the plates moving and growing. Called Osgood Slater's disease, or just ol' fashioned GROWING PAINS! Just pop and aspirin or whatever and relax.

How old are you? You could be still growing.

Go to the doctor to see what's wrong if anything. Have you been doing any unusual activities that could be putting stress on your knees?

You only have one body, take care of it!
