I agree with from the cabbagepatch's answer. It could be from a lack of potassium, I had them when I was pregnant and all I needed to do was eat a banana each morning and make sure that I didnt stand up for long periods at a time.

Yep, sounds familiar. Leg pains, back pains, stretching pains, even in early pregnancy. Just relax them if you can. Good Luck!

yes ..there were nights i would cry they hurt so bad...now i have restless leg syndrome which i think is worse b.c that doesnt go right away..it takes a couple of mins to a half and hour...good luck and congrats..

They only get worse, honey! Trust me. I've been getting Charlie Horses every other night now. I once heard that it was lack of potassium...They tell you to eat more foods with potassium in them....(bananas???)
