Good trade for me in Fantasy Baseball?

If I were to trade Lance Berkman and Troy Glaus for Ryan Howard, Would that be a good trade for me?

no way dude, berkman and glaus together will do better than ryan howard, not single, but put together, that is way too much to ask for ryan howard, maybe berkman, and someone worse than troy glaus, but not both of them

If you have a solid replacement for Glaus then it works. You will lose about 25HR's. So you need a decent option before it will work. You will also lose Troy's .250 batting avg which may help some. But this all depends on who your first round draft pick was. Considering you have Berkman, I would guess Soriano or A-Rod was your first pick, if you took Johan you can't afford this trade. If you are using Glaus at SS and don't have a back up option, scan waivers first and see what your options are. Vizquel is the kind of guy that could make this work for you. Or take a chance on Troy Tulowitzki. But straight up trade with no replacement for Glaus would leave with a hole you would need to fill with another trade.

I dont believe this would be a great trade. Howard may have peaked last year but who knows if he can keep it. Glaus and Berkman play in positions where it could be more useful to keep them around and i have a great feeling about Glaus this year. Unless you are the one trading away Howard here, dont do it

Thats a tough one.Berkman and Glaus are both great and Ryan Howard,well you know he's Ryan Howard.I wouldn't do it because I think Berkman and Glaus could get more points combined then Howard could alone.But it's really close.Just your decision.

think about it, two is better than one. If one get injure, you still have other. Berkman plus Glaus are more stats value than Ryan.
