counseling, divorce, or do nothing and let the marriage implode on itself.

Forget the counciling. It cost more money that most of us don't have.

Simple rules if both do these. Or at least the one with the problems.

Say at least a few wondrful; words to her a day and not the same ones everyday.
Do more than your share around the house and in every thing that yall do.
Have some understanding and be able to look at each others point of view with a little forgivness for the small stuff and a little bigger stuff. Majoir stuff needs some discussion.
Go out with each other a time or so a week as if you were still dating.

If you've tried everything that's possible to mend any problems in the relationship and nothing works, then why waste any more years, get a divorce. Life is too short to keep beating your head against a brick wall.
