I donate blood to Red Cross and Lifesouth. Between the two of them, I have donated more than 3 gallons.

I don't exactly keep track of how often, but I've donated over 2 gallons of blood over the last 20 years! That's a lot of blood ... a pint at a time!

The only thing I donate is clothes to goodwill and churches. I would never donate my blood or organs.
