My Inglis stove control panel has suddenly changed from English to French! How do I change it back to English?

Inglis Stove Model : IBP86800, cira 1994, Ceran cooktop.

It has rubber push-type control buttons for: Start : Cancel, Set Temperature (Up/Down), Set Time (Up/Down), Cooking Selection (Left/Right), Start Time : Stop Time

If you have the manual for it see if there is a note about a Reset button (might be a hole that you poke into with a paper clip) that sets it back to the factory defaults.

Otherwise there is probably an arbitrary weird combination of keys to press together to cause the reset (equivalent to hitting "ctl-alt-del" on a computer keyboard.)
