It would make sense. This show is turning into a joke. And what was the big news tonight? I'm a loyal, old-school Survivor fan so I don't see the results show.

I thought the exact same thing when Sanjaya got through and Sabrina got cut. Since the top 12 is such a big deal the judges should really pick. The big news was that the judges and Ryan are traveling to places devastated by disasters or poverty (Africa,Louisiana) and they are going to donate money for every vote that is casts the night the final 6 are announced (I think it's mid or end of April). Simon and Ryan went to Africa and Randy is taking Paula to his home state of LA to see where Katrina hit.

Because the judges are not America. Sure it makes sense, but this is American Idol and so the American people have to vote for who they want as the next American Idol. Like Simon has said a good amount of times, you have to vote for who you like.

That since its the 200th episode they decided to raise money for the massivly needy in africa and the us...ryan, simon, paula and randy.
And I concur...I think the judges should pick up the the top 12. Tonight was rediculous...besides antonella and jared.

You're right. I wish they did, the outcome would be more fair and the american people would still be able to participate and vote once they get to the 12. I'm really mad about it-ok not that mad-so I'm posting on every one i see. :) but sundance, antonella, jared, and sabrina went home.

I think the success of the show comes out of people voting and having their say which may not always be right

because if they have america pick the top 12 then noone can say one of the judges cheated i know the girl who was on tv about her xrated pictures got the least votes and i really didnot watch it all

I totallly agree with you, some who made it shouldn't of, and for those who should didn't and paula , simon and the other guy forgot his name, stood up for the two tonight, they were stunned by the vote.
