Mine is when I was in 5th grade we went outside to play dodgeball and there was a broken umbrella right in the way, so my friend went to go pick it up to throw if off to the side and another kid threw a ball at him and one of the umbrella spikes went right through his hand! I mean completely through one side and out of the other, there was blood everywhere.

You should have seen the teachers face when she saw what had happened.

What is your story???

Just take baby steps with Jehovah helping you along by prayer. With the music and movies you might want to let a few go each day if you can't do it all at once. You know it is going to take time. The closer you get in the center of the congregation the better. I remember when I smoked before becoming a witness, it wasn't easy to quit. I started eating all these carrot and celery sticks along with candy and mints. I gained a little weight. If you have to be around the smoke, that is really difficult but look up articles and speak with the elders on it too. They make have some great advice for you. Just realize that taking on the new personality is a process. Eph 4:22 that you should put away the old personality which conforms to your former course of conduct and which is being corrupted according to his deceptive desires; 23 but that you should be made new in the force actuating your mind, 24 and put on the new personality....
