While Snow White is commonly known as W.Disney's favourite STORY, close friends and colleagues of his say that he thought Cinderella was the best work he had ever done. The transformation of Cinderella's torn dress to that of the white ball gown was considered to be Walt Disney's single favorite piece of animation.

I'm not certain what his favorite was, but I can tell you that his least favorite was Alice in Wonderland. He really hated it once it was done and didn't want it released. His brother, Roy, who was more of the financially oriented of the two insisted because it had been relatively expensive to make. It was a flop in the theaters.
I know this doesn't really answer your question, but I thought you might enjoy the trivia.
