well, i would tell your friend you think she is hot & that if she was straight you would do her. if she feels anything for you sexually, well.... she will let you know.
some "lesbians" do go both ways sometimes, but not always. it isn't about oral, but rather about being with a woman. same reasons you like women. she might not like the equiptment men come with.
i would try to approach it in a more light & playful manner so that you don't freak her out or ruin your friendship.

If she has sex with a boy, even if oral, she's not lesbian but a bi. Try somewhere else.
