(Hint: I'm looking for the planet with the rings--but, why?)

Planet with rings?? Saturn?? (the most likely, but then, Jupiter, Neptune and Uranus also have rings)
So, why would we go there? To check out one of the moons on Saturn more then likely. Titan has an atmosphere, so that might be what you had in mind.

Does it have anything to do with Saturn being a car and that nut-job lady that drove all the way from Texas to Florida wearing a diaper? If not, then I have no idea.

Uranus...because I feel that astronauts wouldn't feel as bad about having to wear diapers on lift off and re-entry if they were headed to/from this particular heavenly orb.

saturn is the one you want, but i have no idea why because it's mostly gas. You would go straight through it.
