which site can I go to, which will offer me a cheap, resonable amount "per month" and my web site address, and everything I need to post to the web site immediately, to get my site up and running.........not annually.......monthly!

I use http://gate.dominateoptions.com . Never had any problems and only pay $9.95 a month. They have everything you need to get up a site immediately. You can pay per month too. The 1st page you see promotes a 1 year deal but you don't have to do that.

You can get freewebs for free and get a domain name for a fee, but I'm not sure if that is what you are looking for.
