So I've been with my gf (age 25) for over a year now. We used to have sex at least 2-3 times a week. However, the last time we had sex was last early November. At first, I just thought that we kind of stopped having sex because we both were really busy and stressed out. For her, she is attmepting to earn two degrees, applying to pharmacy school, part-time managing a family owned business and two jobs. For me, I'm in the process of working on two degrees and applying to medical school. But as reality hit me, through all of that busy schedule we have, we also have some free time as well in which we just stay home and lounge around (aside from going out for the night). She wants a future with me & loves me.When I began hinting about sex, she just laughs and think I'm silly. I try to play around and start foreplay but she seems reluctant and tells me "Be good now." I finally confronted her about this and she got mad, frustrated at me and became sad. She told me i shouldnt push her.

4 month is a long time for an active couple to not have sex. I think she may either be hiding something or she's just really that stressed out. Has she gained weight? Maybe shes self concious becuase of it if she has. I really dont know. Sorry.

I think a year isn't enough time to lose interest in you, so i'm not quite sure. From personal experience, after a few years, I lost interest in sex for 2 reasons-- 1, we weren't getting along as well, which caused me to become less attracted to him, and 2, our relationship caused me to become depressed.
Is she okay otherwise? She could be less interested in you, or she could be depressed and/or distracted by other things. Try to talk to her about what's wrong, instead of just trying to break the dry spell.

Good idea. Don't push her. Maybe she has to come to a realization she doesn't want to have to worry about a baby. As such, with you working on a degree and her also, that would complicate matters. Keep to kissing and a little oral, don't do anything intercourse wise until she feels more confident.

You need to have a talk about this with her and not just after you've been rebuffed.
You might even leave her a note telling her what your concerns are and that you want to discuss the issues and pick a date and time.
You should prepare yourself for unpleasant news
