1~ I believe any birth is natural.. but I did have 3 vaginal births and am gonna have another one in May (hopefully!)
2~Sex is still awesome. Yes he hits the 'bottom' and I still have to be careful so it doesn't hurt. It is not a lot looser and hubby says he can't feel a difference so...
3~lol.. weight loss?? That happens? I have to work my butt off to lose any weight and I gained 33 with my first 2 and 38 with my 3rd. I am not done with this one but I know I will have a BUNCH to lose when I am done. It is well worth it though!! :D

1. What kind of birth did you give, c-section or natural: Natural

2. if natural how was ur sex life after words. did it feel the same? not to be vulger but could you feel it go to the "bottom" or was there no longer a bottom? was it a lot looser?: I Got cut so sex hurt a but afterwards and six months later i still bleed sometimes but it doesnt feel bad by any means. I still get pleasure from it.

3. For both how was the wieght loss process? like how much did u gain did it come off or did u have tyo work hard to get it off? I gained 40 pounds and lost 20 of it right off the bat, the rest is still here haha. Being a mom is crazy and time for working out is few and far between but ive heard it takes up to a year to lose all of it.

I have had 3. The first one was breech and natural with an episiotomy, the second was induced and natural and the third was induce twice and finally taken c-section. I recommend natural. I would never have a c-section again because it still felt like my insides could pop out at any time and it took so long to heal up. I have very little tummy control now. Sex was fine after all of them it just took a little longer after the c-section to feel comfortable. The weight gain (about 50 lbs each time) came off fast for the first one,a little slower for the next one and after the c-section it never came all the way off. But that could have something to do with the ages that I had my children. My oldest is 26 then 17 and finally 10.

I actually gave birth to my son normally no complications!! i did get the epidural though in which i totally fell in love with! I also had a episiotomy cut in which they cut you just below your vagina so the baby could come thru or else it may be worse if thebaby tears your skin while coming thru. After everything was allright and i felt comfortable with my body our sex life was back to normal.Even though i thought the same way that maybe when you have a child your vagina gets looser but it's not true. It's still feels the same way and sex is better than ever so if i were you i wouldn't worry about it too much.As for the weight loss when i had my son i only had to loose 15 more pounds but instead of shedding the pounds i gained more. I don't think it's hard to loose weight i think it just takes determination and will power. I actually was starting to loose weight because my weakness was coca cola and i know it sounds funny but seriously i was addicted to it. So now that i don't drink no more soda and more water i was starting to loose weight, but then recently i found out i am pregnant (again) so there goes my weight loss. But now i am determine to eat healthier and exercise so i can be healthy as well as my son/daughter and i won't have to add no more numbers to the scale! :-)

1. Natural but with an epidural!! I love those things!! Got them twice!!
2.Yes it still goes to the bottom and it feels as great as before. The first couple of times were a little different because I was still healing a bit.
3. My pre baby weight was 135 I now weigh 180. I have had two children though and I am not eating as well as I should. I weighed 214 when I gave birth to my second daughter so I have lost a little and I am still trying but I am much happier with my bigger curves just want to lose some of the thighs and the belly!!

I've had 5 natural births . And as for my sex life actually it was hard after the first 2. But by the time the third was born it was never an issue. We now have a 8 month old. And still are at it at least 3 times a week. Weght was different, when carrying both my girls I only gained 12lbs. My boys I gained 30-70lbs (no kidding). But by the time they were a yr the weight was gone. By the way my children are spaced. 23,20,16,12,8 monthhs.

1. Two vaginal deliveries.
2. I'm not any more loose then I was before and since I've been working out my pelvic floor muscles are stronger then ever.
3. I'm 11 months post partum have lost the weight from both my pregnancy and now I'm just trying to get fit. I had to work out and watch and I still do at least 4-5 times a week and I cut down on junk food.
I wish I would have been more careful with what I ate during my first pregnancy because I gained too much and I do a belly dancing workout now that is amazing and very helpful. Also breastfeeding helps lose weight too unless you pig out something I learned with my first baby.

I had 2 vaginal deliveries with big babies 9.7 and 10.5. Sex after both of them was like 95% the same as before I had kids the first couple of months and 100% the same as before i had kids after like 6 months, But i did kiegels before during and after my pregnancies. I learned about them at a very young age and its just a habit now, i do them all day everyday without even thinking about it. Yeah my bottom never fell out lol. I gained 60-65 lbs each pregnancy. i never could get the last 20 lbs off. But i started out at 115 so thats no so bad. i didnt really work out but i kept busy. The stretch marks on my stomach are and have always been devastating. i havent got over them i doubt i ever will. the skin on my stomach sags a lot too. everyone thinks i have such a nice body but when i lift up my shirt and show them they are shocked. as soon as i get the money i know im gonna have a tummy tuck. the first time no episiotomy (a miracle) and the recovery was 100 times worse the 2nd time with the episiotmy, that lil coupla inches they cut makes a helluva lot of difference

1. totally natural
2. ok, kinda graphic but: it felt the same as far as hitting the bottom. tightness wise, I was so paranoid about not being tight anymore after my baby, but right after I had my son I was actually tighter because of the scar tissue that developed from the tears I had. six months later most of the scar tissue was gone and it felt pretty much the same as before. before pregnancy we would have trouble first getting it in because I was too tight, I have found it's a little easier to get in now, but once in it feels the same. the sex is defenitely still good (well at least it would be if not for my husband being in Iraq, but in seven months it'll be awesome) just do alot of kagels
3. I gained 40lbs total. I lost twenty lbs within the first few days, another ten lbs down by six weeks. That first 30 was easy, but those last ten took me six months of diet and exercise to work off. I think it would've been easier if I'd only gained like 25-30 lbs but I was on bedrest the last six weeks and had nothing better to do but eat so I know alot of that weight was extra fat.

1. Natural. No drugs. Lots of discomfort but very little actual pain.
2. Sex was tough for a while until I fully healed. Then ... Wow.
3. No problems losing weight. Gained about 40 pounds and lost it all, and then some, by the end of a year. I breastfed for 14 months, ate whatever I wanted, and played with my son -- that was pretty much my diet and exercise plan.
