Actually two of the previous responders are correct...it is a slang term for vagina, and it is the name of a restaurant cahin that was started by some guy who is the son of somebody famoud & used to date Paris Hilton, L. Lohan, etc....can't remember his name-but there is a pink taco in the las vegas Hard Rock Hotel, as well as Arizona, and probably others.....
