like human beings have reported its undertaker's flow and whilst he went back to the darkness gimmick he began employing it greater, somewhat than the final trip. additionally i assume he learnt from Undertaker's errors. Right now undertaker is the only one that can do this without injuring anybody so i dont think they let kane or anybody else do this except undertaker since steve austin got injured by owen hart

noone on here knows the real answer. just asking questions thinking you know........ anyway...... Kane had to stop using the Piledriver simply because he was tearing his knees apart. it hurt everytime he did. now he uses the Chokeslam as his trademark. read through the page i sent u. it will say why he cant use it. hope this helps ya out.

The WWE had banned it for a time. Owen Hart nearly killed Stone Cold with it. Recently the Undertaker has been doing it again but I don't think they trust anyone else to do it.

it was never really kanes move, it was undertakers move, also undertaker was one of the only people to be able to do it without hurting people, like, owen hart, injured really badly or broke , stone cold steve asustin's neck, so wwe didnt let other wrestlers do it...
at least thats what i think
