Her zanpakutoh is Sode no Shirayuki.
What I saw is the power of her zanpakutoh is similar to Byakuya's.
For cosplay, I wouldn't worry about the costume, but her hair!!!
(i can't do my hair like her, so jealous)

The name of her Zanpakuto is Sode no Shirayuki : Sleeve of the White Snow. It is a pure white weapon and is said the be the most beautiful snow Zanpakuto.
