I've had bad migraines all through the pregnancy, but usually I can feel it all they way across my head and through my eyes. This is a different pain. What does it sound like to you?

It's either the extra hormones from the pregnancy causing the migranes.. or... the baby is leaning on some nerves in your back and it's putting stress on those reflective parts.

A sinus infection would be above, around, and below your eyes.

You need to see your doctor right away. I am thinking you are a woman, but you could be a man since you said "through the pregnancy", but that's what leads to the next part of my answer.
I am not trying to scare you but, women have different symptoms than men when it comes to heart problems. It could be a heart problem, attack (or on set of one), sometimes symptoms are pain in the jaw, face, and shoulder. It could be TMJ (which is a problem in your jaw joint), possible ear infection, any number of things.
Migraines could be caused from caffeine, diet drinks, glasses, TMJ, medication (or not), high blood pressure, not drinking enough water, etc.
I had high blood pressure through my pregnancy and migraines afterward. Just go see your doctor, you have too much to lose if you don't.
Good luck! I hope all is well with you

This could be a sinus infection. I have only had one, but the doctor diagnosed it as a severe one. I could barely lift my head for 3 days. I would definitely get that checked out. It is very painful.
