When I try to create a DVD project and import video, it goes through the process like it is going to add the movie to the project but gives me an error. It is "COULD NOT MAKE A THUMBNAIL, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT DECODER INSTALLED-47010". I am using the version 6.2.0 if that is any help. This is a new pc and I havent used the program on it before. I have used it on other pc's though so I am familiar with it.I went through the Roxio knowledge base and checked for resolutions and the only options were that the capturing device was on firewire...not my situation....and the files are corrupted. I can play the video on the computer with no issues using Real Player. I have the DIVX and AAC decoders already installed. I also re-installed the whole suit after removing it. Can anyone help that has had this issue?????PLZ

this problem dates back 2yrs ago and it hasnt been solved. it somthing wrong with the program not your computer. it also depends which kinda type film you are copying e.g. i have realised that divx films do not copy.
