pedigree on the announcer table does look like it hurts
but i think the most dangerous is either the tombstone piledriver by the undertaker, especailly when he does it on steel things like the steps or a cage.
also the canadian destroyer, its like a tombstone except it has like....a flip, so its like a fliping piledriveer

I believe the most dangerous finisher is the piledriver, because that was the move that ruined Stone Cold Steve Austin's neck. And I'm not talking about the Tombstone Piledriver, thats different.
The next one would be the anklelock done by Ken Shamrock. He was released by the WWE because he seriously injured too many people with that move. He was never able to control it.

The most dangerous move is the Canadian Destroyer done by Petey Williams in TNA, if you have never seen it its worth watching TNA just to see that move. The most dangerous in WWE is Undertakers Tombstone.

Tombstone by Taker. It's the only one I can think of on the top of my head that's seriously injured someone before.
