When I am, people are so not used to snow, one inch could paralyze the city

I didn't know that there was such thing as 10 inches of snow, let alone 100! Life just about stops when we get a foot. I don't go anywhere if there is 6".

Yes, if it's all at once, whose wouldn't. Now I'm in Detroit, so it would take at least 2 feet of snow to completely shut down the city, and even that appears to be becoming a rarity.

Its impossible to receive over 100 inches of snow at once because the atmosphere can't support it.

I live near Denver. We had back to back blizzards in December. I had 49" of snow in my front yard. School was closed, no mail delivery, etc. but we were all back on track 2 days after each blizzard.
