Sachin is definitely not overrated, but I am also getting tired of seeing his name in every answer. India is a good team, not only because of him. Give the other guys the credit they deserve.

The one thing Sachin is not.......is overated, his figures speak for themselves. He was also ranked in the top10 "Legends of Cricket" which was voted on by 100 of the greatest cricketers and also noted cricket writers.
I think the last word should be left to the greatest batsman of all time Sir Donald Bradman. Who described Sachin as being the batsman who most reminded him of himself. High praise indeed and I would say of greater weight than the opinions of mere mortals like you and I

ya, i dont watch cricket that often, so its more fun to just watch the game than be like "omg, sachin. aww man, he shouldn't have scored that point, sachin should have."
