my boss is a big fantasy baseball guy. one of my co-workers knocked over his bronze trophy, bronze statue of a guy in a batting stance. the baseball player's bat is now broken at the hands, so he looks a little goofy at the moment. any advice on what type of adhesive can be used to re-attach the bat -and what to use to hold it in place while the adhesive sets- so that my boss doesn't have to kill someone? HELP!!!!!!!!!! it's about to get ugly up in here!!!!

Gorilla Glue that puppy. You'll have to brace it for a short time, but it will hold. Spray with a little bronzy/gold spray paint, and he'll never know. The other answers are good, if you have the time, otherwise...

if the statue/trophy is made from bronze, you can take it to a jewelry shop and have them solder back together and sand it to a finish that you wouldn't be able to tell if it had been broken.

hope that works.

Man...it's called J-B Weld....two part epoxy .....really strong ......works on metal. But ........kinda slow drying. you might have to tape it till it sets.

Do something to cause the boss to trip and knock it over himself. Blame it on him.
