i need a website that will let me resize the photos to the size i wont for my bebo background

Just download Irfanview for free.

(MSPaint will do it but it is difficult to get exactly the size you want and it will lose quality)

You can to it easier in Paint. Open the image and click on "IMAGE" and then "STRETCH/SKEW" and keep it proportional.
