does gameboy advance wireless messenger work with the ds?

i bought this wireless messenger for my gameboy advance at wall mart for 10 bucks im wondering if i can talk with people on their ds.

no, it does not communicate with the DS

for one thing, the GBA does not have the chat program that the DS does. nor is there a "game" cart that has that chat

neither is there any method of trading from a GBA game (on an GBA [SP]) to a GBA game (on a DS[Lite])
