Would you hire someone with a professional demeanor and a distance degree from a developing country (but still an American or a legal immigrant), especially were such employee all you could afford?

No the online degrees don't 100% prove that the student on the degree is the student that took the course. Personally i've know a few people who bought there online degrees.

A degree form a developing country is better than no degree at all. But it might not look good to an employer that your an american citizen with a foreign degree. They might think you weren't smart enough to get an american education.

But always apply and try. You never know, an employer might like your uniqueness and international experience.

Funny that you say that, because all of the online programs I have looked into are WAY more expensive than a traditinal education.
