For Theater there is the Pasadena Playhouse and Julliard, plus Northwestern, UCLA and a few others.
For art there is the School of the Art Institute NY and Chicago, also Cal Arts and Art Center College of Design.
For music there is Julliard and Berkley College of Music in Boston
For filmmaking, aside from NYU, USC and UCLA there is the AFI and Sundance.
For animation there is Harvard, USC, UCLA, Cal Arts, School of the Art Institute NY and Chicago and this center in Portaland Or that's pretty good. There's Also Zagreb in Croatia and the Canadian Film Board.

That would depend on what your majoring in. I loved the school I went to but others may find it not good. Everyone has their own opinion. Many say the Ivy league schools some say MIT others say the military academies.
