Our local MLS usually has the owner's phone number in the expired listing. However, if the phone number is not there, then sometimes the phone number is listed in the tax records. If it's not in the tax records, then use a cross reference directory. There are several different companies who publish cross-reference directories (look up address by phone number and look up phone number by address). Some companies update their information annually. Some keep the info current and updated on-line. I think the last one I used was published by Hill-Donnelly. It's a useful tool. I have found that the ones that you purchase usually have more information and the information that is there is more reliable than the free sites on -line. Good Luck!!!

There is a book called the Cole's directory which allows you to look up numbers by address. You can also do it online at yellowpages.com, but i find they do not have most.
Good luck,
