If i'm whistling particularly with out questioning, in particular out. If i'm whistling a music or something, I do the two mixed for a smoother flow. What I even have in no way found out is a thank you to whistle loud with fingertips or something.

Sometimes both as I dont have time to draw breath but I also hum at the same time, people hate that, I love it.
