I haven't played baseball in two years,but I want to try out for my school team next year.So what can I do to get good again.
Plus I'm not asking how to get in shape cause I'm already at a good weight and good strenght for my age.
I'm 11and 5 ft 6 and 115 pounds and can lift about 30 more pounds then all my friends

uhhm maybe if you play baseball with friends or try doing some lil things again like catching, running etc i think you will get a shot

Stick with your natural position...it's hard to lose these kinds of skills.

PRACTICE

1) Throw (long toss - arm strength, on one knee - accuracy)
2) Hit (use a tee or at least practice a LEVEL swing through)
3) Field (I know this is corny, but throw a tennis ball of a wall/fence w/o a glove to practice your fielding skills)
4) Run (wind sprints, hill runs, leading/getting a jump)

Also, watching some games never hurts...

go to the batting cages a few times and you and your friends go to the park and just play around do drills run around the field i do it all the time with my friend and he is getting better and im trying out for my high school team this year

well, my schools basball team starts workouts in about late july to early august, even though tryouts arent until late late february. Ask your pe coach or baseball coach to see if your school does the same
