make sure your computer has enough RAM if its an older machine, it might not have the processing power, if all that is ok check with the developer website to see if theres a patch that cab help. check your RAM by going to my computer from the start menu, then highlight your c: drive and click on system information in the upper left side of the window under system tasks, it will be on the "general" tab in the new window, this is if u have windows XP

I had the same problem, you probably need a new game card. I would go to a place that custom makes pc's and you can get a new game card that is inexpensive and they will put it in for you.
