Answer only the questions posed to you by the attorneys or judge. Sit up Speak up and tell what you saw,, that's all.

just remember to stay calm and to take a second or two to think before you answer. As far as your art teacher you should tell your parents you are uncomfortable in her class and request to be moved to another. You have the right to feel safe in a class and if you don't you have the right to not attend. Be assertive with your parents but not rude or disrespectful but let them know you do not want to be in her class, because of possible ramifications after your testimony.
