no one that's the risk you take for parking your car next to a baseball game. and yes, i had a windshield broken by a fly ball too.

This is covered underneath your comprehensive (comp) insurance. This is for something that no one (per se) is "responsible" for and is an optional type of coverage. So if this happened to your car, if you have comp insurance then you're insurance company will take care of it according to your plan. If not, then its out of your pocket.
