if you're turning 16 and you're not getting a car then what else is there to buy for that person or ? its supposed to be your "sweet 16" so its gotta be something good. and it's for a party girl . so what can you get?

What do you think sixteen year olds like? Are you willing spend car money on her? If that's the case then give her the money. She'll need it when she's finished high school and she's trying to start her life. If you're not willing to spend that much then get her some clothes, Maybe you could give her a make over day. Visit a shop that does nails, eyebrows, and make-up. then go shopping for clothes. I would of loved that when I was 16.

expensive jewlery or something with REAL diamonds

a new cell phone maybe?

Well...I'm out of things. LOL. Idk...the car would be the biggest thing...i'm out of ideas. Hope this helps though!! :)

Cash, ear rings, some clothes. A book will make her think you think she is smart. That is a nice thing. But cash is king.
