Intel Pentium M Processor Ultra Low Voltage 773 (1.30 GHz, 2MB L2 cache, 400 MHz FSB)

OR

Intel Core Solo Processor (1.2 GHZ)

The Core solo is better since it's a newer and faster processor. It has a frontside bus of 533 Mhz (for the 1.2 Ghz) among other improvement over the Pentium M.

The Intel Core Solo Processor 1.2 GHX is better than the Pentium.

Core Solo. It's the updated version of Pentium M.

Depends on the use but I would say the INtel Core Solo
