Lately I have been feeling lots of stress and anxiety because I feel like my wife is going to leave me because I am not well endowed. Call me crazy but I'm mainly feeling this because she has large breasts, yet I am not well endowed. I think I will feel less anxiety if she had small breasts. Is this a legitimate feeling? I feel like I am incompatible with her because of this.

Unless she is a very superficial person, you don't have anything to worry about. Everyone has insecurities about their bodies. In fact, I'll bet if you talked with her about it, you would find that she does, too. She may be concerned that you're going to leave her someday for someone with smaller feet, prettier eyes, or straighter, whiter teeth.
One of the wonderful things about marriage is that it is "for better or for worse." She has promised to love you regardless -- even if you grow hairy warts all over your back or suddenly gain an extra toe. And, in the same way, you've promised to love her regardless -- even if her breasts get saggy or she starts growing facial hair. Everyone has their flaws; just know that she loves you for who you are.

Maybe you should try and talk to your wife about your feelings. A lot of times when we are insecure, we have all kinds of irrational thoughts. Let her put your mind at ease so that you can stop being insecure and be happy in your relationship.
