You should like them because of the endless tabloid and YouTube material they generate, and I am not referring to their music. If you are familiar with their music, there is no end to the hilarity of these things. Just google "Fall Out Boy misheard lyrics." Pete Wentz is also a great source of entertainment. I believe the latest news is that he's coming out with a goth teen clothing line. A few months ago, he beat up a bouncer. This was only after someone leaked pictures of his dick into cyberspace. Oh, then there was that feud he had going on with some kid they wrote a song about, and the entire thing happened on LiveJournal. I could go on for hours.

I don'r know. I think the fame has gone to their heads. Go to Youtube, and check out their entrance at the MuchMusic awards in 2006. A band, police, and them in a car with the top down. They are total hot heads, but I still like their music.

You shouldn't. They are lame, pretentious & whiny and their music is a total stereotype. They became popular because of the cute teenie factor, but their music really has no quality worth paying attention to.
Their fans are usually total airheads like Christy or something above who praises them for all the wrong reasons and then quotes "The InternetS" as her source. Proof enough?

I think that's ur decision. I also think the question your really asking is why do people in general like them. I like them because they're music is freaking awesome, but if you don't think so then fine. I liked them way before I even knew what the hell they looked like. I just suggest you give them a chance, it takes a little while to like them. They kind of grow on you. Because at first I didn't want to like them because everyone was like OMG it's FOB and I was like they're not even that good. I didn't want to be part of that idiot fanbase at first. But I gave them a chance and I couldn't help but fall in love. so it takes a while to get use to them, and then again maybe this isn't the kind of music you like. ~LOVE

In 'This Ain't a Scene It's An Arms Race' they say this bandwagons full please catch another. So if you don't want to like them you don't have to start to like them just so it will be 'cool.' But I will tell you that their music is flexible and you can change it to fit you which is so cool cause not a lot of songs are able to do that.

you would'nt be asking this question unless of coarse you secretly loved them and they were your gulity pleasure. I've met the guys and there really rad guys. I started hating their music for a while, but that's just because they got over played, but I'm really into the new single they have out, I'm proud to admit that I love them, be honest with yourself you think they're hot and they rock.

If you dont like FOB then dont like them.No one is forcing you too.I personally <3 FOB to death because i can relate to their songs especially Sending Postcards From A Plane Crash.It's also up beat and catchy.

You don't have to like them, you can like their music if your interested in it. But I don't like them, I don't like the new album either. I like their older albums, the lyrics actually meant something in them :D

first off their not hot and second they are really creative its kewl that they can laugh at what ppl say about them and make fun of everything that happends to them. and last their music is awesome.. their song titles are sooo sweet. newho. yeah they are good. thats why u should like them because they are KEWL!!!!
